New HD200 Menu issue

Just bought an HD200 on Ebay... Updated the firmware to the latest beta, initialized it to factory and connected it to my Sage server. Sage is 7.1.5.252.

Everything seems to work fine except for the menu. When I connect to the server, it looks like image36 attached here. Pressing the down arrow will expand the garbled menu and I can navigate, but I can never get back to the 'home' menu with the left arrow (image37 attached). It's as if I had pressed the right button. Tried a different remote, tried serenity, default, and diamond themes with the same issue. Pressing 'home' while watching a show gets me back to either the garbled menu or the 'one to the right' as if I had pressed the right arrow button once.

I have an existing HD100 and HD200 that work OK. I remember getting something similar to this a while ago on the HD200, but it was fixed by upgrading to the latest beta.

Any ideas?

Not sure why this was moved to the 'beta' forum.... I mentioned 'beta' but it was an HD200 problem...

Anyway, the problem has been resolved. I tried deleting the properties (and properties backup) file for the extender, didn't fix it. I copied the working HD200 properties file to the 'garbled' HD200 properties file and it now works perfectly.

Some setting was hosed, no idea what it was but not a hardware or beta problem.
