USB Sabrent ATSC Hybrid TV Tuner

I bought this tuner in January. I have tried to get it to work. It does not. Windows 7 sees the tuner in the device manager, I've connected it to my Satellite cable. Loaded Blaze software didn't work, loaded Presto PVR didn't work. There was another one that didn't work either. Each time scanning channels finds nothing. Tech support won't reply anymore. They are horrible, customer no service. I'm thinking that maybe it's the wrong drivers, but windows installed the correct ones. I've downloaded the drivers from the Sabrent website, I've tried this on three laptops with the same result. The connection to the satellite is great, I took the cable from the TV and plugged it right into the USB port on the tuner.

Any suggestions on how to get this thing to work?
