Sage 2 not recording shows

Ever since I upgraded to Sage 2 from the last beta, Sage has been missing some recordings. The wierd thing is that when I highlight the sage icon on the tool bar it will say "recording ..." but when I go to play it back it's not there. Any siggestions?
