Any one using an ss50?

I'm thinking of converting my ss50 into a htpc and using a pvr-250 and pvr-350. Has anybody done this yet? Anybody got some cam shots of the new Sage V2 of the OSD for pvr-350?

How's the recorded contents compared to tivo recored contents? When viewing what was recorder, are the quality just like live tv quality?

Sweet! Mike, were you able to play dvd movies out of the pvr 350? I know that is one of the problems and I just need some clarification on that part.

No, the 350 does not support decoding of the CSS encryption on DVD's. You can decrypt them and put them on the hard drive, but you have to decode to stereo audio also. You might be looking to wait for full Xcard support. It does decode DVD's alson with MPEG4 and MPEG2.
