linux oem cannot connect to server

Hello, I purchased sagetv with extender key, hoping to use a revo 3700 as an extender. I install both the server and client on both machines and made a big mistake by putting the same activation key for the server into both machines. Now the client on both machines will not connect to any server. I tried to uninstall and remove all dirs for sage and reinstall but no go.

Thank you for your help, this did fix the connection error, but now my little aspire revo 3700 is acting as the server and the over blown pc I built is acting as the client. I sent a support request to sagetv. And hope they can help me out. I believe my mistake was installing on the revo 3700 first.
