No thumbnails on iPad for Converted Sage Videos

I am going away on a trip with the family so I am loading up the iPad with lots of kids' shows for the plane trip. I am using the Conversion feature in SageTV7 to convert my videos to iPhone-Standard type. When I transfer my videos to the iPad (via iTunes) they are not showing thumbnails - just an icon for a TV screen.

Other videos that I have converted using the Air Video Conversion feature seem to work fine.

Does anyone else see this and know of a way to fix it? Or is this just an inherent issue in the Sage converter?

I convert sage recordings to Apple TV Widescreen format for ipad use. No problems at all transferring them to the ipad--and I see the thumbnails.

Sorry, can't help--but the process above works well for me.

Thanks - something weird is going on now as videos that I transferred a few months ago are fine but new videos are not giving me thumbnails. Even for ones converted by AirVideo which I know gave me thumbnails in the past. And this is the same on both iPads that we have in our house.
