Fails to record half the time

Ever since sometime around the first release version of sagetv 7 I've been having recording issues when it wakes from standby. About half the time it wakes from standby it'll work perfectly fine, but the other half of the time it's like it locks up, it won’t record anything and it won’t go back into standby. Whenever this happens all I ever have to do is have some type of interaction with sage, such as pressing the up arrow on the remote to move the menu selection, after that it pops to life and will work as expected, but if I don’t catch that it’s locked up it’ll sit in limbo indefinitely.

It’s running on a dedicated machine with a nearly virgin copy of XP and no plugins for sage. Nothings changed on the machine, except upgrading sage from version 6 to 7.
