SageTV South Africa (?)

Firstly, sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but a forum for SageTV Africa does not exist (yet).

I live in South Africa and want to purchase the SageTV + WinTV-PVR-250 Bundle from the Sage online store, but before I do so I need to find out if it will work in my country since we use PAL and not NTSC.

Does this particular bundle come pre-configured for NTSC or will I have the option to choose?

I'm having great difficulty finding a site that will ship the Hauppauge PVR-250 card to South Africa which is why I decided to purchase the bundle form the Sage TV site (and it's a good deal!)

Any help / information will be much appreciated.
