HD300 problem?

I use SageTV 7 (7.0.23.246) running on a Windows 7 PC as a movie server ethernet connected to 13 HD300's which are HDMI cabled to TVs. There is one HD300 which cannot find any movies after connecting to the SageTV server. It generates a message "No titles were found in any of the media center import directories for videos." When I try to configure media center import directories, the first directory listed is the correct one, and matches what is listed at all of the other HD300s. If I tell it to "refresh imported media" and OK the message, nothing seems to happen and it eventually times out and begins to display pictures. I have performed a factory reset from the internet, and also a firmware update from the internet. Neither action changed the behavior. As far as I can determine, the configuration on this HD300 matches all of the others. I'm stumped. Can anyone provide some insight as to what to try next?

Take that HD300 to another location that is known to work, plug it in and see if it still acts the same. You may want to find the MAC address of the extender and delete the .properties file and backup for it in the Clients folder on your Sage server.

killing the properties work for me with a similar problem...
but I don't have 13 HD300's... that is kind of a lot I think...
maybe its just the java heap running out of room or something?

Thank you for the suggestions.
There are no messages in the system log indicating any memory issues now and I changed the java heap size to 1024 about a month ago.
This problem just started yesterday.
I will move the device to another TV when I get back there tomorrow and also delete the properties as suggested.

I appologize for the long delay in responding. I was not able to get back to this until today.
I deleted the properties folder and the backup folder, then moved the HD300 to a known working location. This worked. The HD300 could autoconnect to the movie server and see all available movies. Thank you for the solution Gerry.

13 HD300's? That's definitely a lot. I need to live in a house with 13 TVs...kinda like heaven.
