Sage TV in Japan

I want to set up a Sage TV system in Tokyo Japan. I'd like to use it to place-shift Japanese programing from my friend's home in Japan to my home in the US. I have access to over-the-air programing and BS cable with a two tuner dvr box. HD would be great, but SD will be acceptable.

So here are some of my questions:

Which video card is compatible with cable and over-the-air in Japan?

Does Sage TV correctly control the BS cable lineup? What about HD?

Is there an EPG available? Japanese language is fine.

Thanks for your help,

Craig
