adjustable menu's ?

I'm working on my HTPC. At the moment I'm playing with Theatertek/Zoomplayer/FFDShow/ReClock, but I'm also looking around to see what TV software I will use.
SageTV will probably be it, but I still have 1 very important question: can you dynamically add menu items in Sage like you can in for example myHTPC ?
I want to be able to add my own menu items, customize what other do, etc etc.

If not, how do other people solve this? Can I use SageTV in combination with myHTPC ? Or does it take long to load SageTV ? Any suggestions ?

You might want to look here.

The short answer, is for now, aside from some private beta testers you can't. But Studio will allow you to customize every aspect of the UI. Take a look at what mlbdude and malore have done to get an idea of what's possible.

In regards to myHTPC, they run together fine. At one point I had girder setup so when I put Sage to sleep it would launch myHTPC, and would close myHTPC when I brought Sage out of sleep, all from the press of one button. But this shouldn't be necessary for long .
