Video Menu Options: Display Video on Menus... reverts to "Never"

Hi, I wondering if anyone has experienced the feature "Video on Menus" reverting back automatically to the setting "Never" when originally set to "If active". I have to manually change it back regularly every 2-3 days.

Since I'm sure the stock sagetV 7 (latest version) doesnt have this problem (as people would have noticed by now). I'm wondering if there's a way to make this persistent by finding and eliminating the misconfiguration.

Who knows, maybe it's a plugin that changes this setting to "Never". Unfortunately, since it takes a few days for it to revert back to "Never", I can't leave sageTV running without any plugins since it affects all clients to see if it's plugin related.

Maybe someone has seen this and happened to read the forum.

-Thanks,
MKANET

I see this also. I'm using Bialo's Serentiy theme, but no fanart or anything. It's odd that it reverts on it's own. I have no idea what causes it. I've been using "windowed" rather that "background" for running video and it seems to stay that way without reverting.

This is winxp and vmr9 rendering.

Thanks for the reply Wirenut. I had a feeling it wasn't just my setup. Now that we know its reproducable, we also know that there's a good chance it's affecting multiple people. It's a matter of time before others who have this issue post here too (hopefully)... then we can narrow down what's causing it. What makes it difficult to trouble shoot is that it doesnt seem to happen right away. My best guess is it's caused from one of the plugins.

Has anyone figured out what plugin causes this to happen? Its a bit hard to troubleshoot since it doesnt revert immediately.
