Edit .mpg files with Movie Maker?

It seems whenever I open a file that Sage has created in Windows Movie Maker, the computer blue screens! Has anybody had any luck using MM for editing?

Sorry bud but Windows Movie Maker dosen't support MPEG file that why it crashing.
