BMT refuses to show all import folders

The only video directory I'm selecting in BMT Configure Sage Sources is \\localhost\HD. In that folder I have seven sub-folders.

When I click on Browse Sage Video imports the first level will show me the HD folder (as it should), but when I drill down it shows me only 4 of the 7 subfolders (of course among the missing is the folder with all my movies I'm trying to add metadata to).

I've tried deleting the video import directory in BMT, scanning, then adding it back and re-scanning, all to no avail.

Note that the videos in all directories show up just fine in SageTV.

Sure seems like a bug, or what am I missing? Thanks much.

There's a bug that was introduced in the last build. I'm hoping to resolve this in a new build this weekend.

This bug should be fixed... I sounds like your issue may be something different. Is it as simple as the view not having loaded all the items. ie, do you see a button with red text that says, "load more items".

I'm probably going to need more information.

I am having a similiar problem that I have narrowed down to it being .m2ts files. I have 2 shared folders on Windows Home Server: Videos and Movies_TV. Under Movies_TV I have a "Movies" folder and "TV Shows" folder. Anytime a folder has a .m2ts file that folder will not show up when I choose Sage Video Imports. The folder does show up if I choose Sage Video Imports (Combined). Here is another tricky thing. If I put the .m2ts file in the root of the Movies_TV share and not in a subfolder, then the Movies_TV share shows up as well as the 2 sub folders. But if I put a .m2ts file in both Movies and TV Shows then the Movies_TV share does not show up. I am using the latest BMT 4.9.21 but this also happend with the previous version I had which I can't remember which version that was.

Update:
I noticed .mkv files do not cause this problem so I decdied to rename a .m2ts file to .m2t and that fixed the problem. So I think it has more to do with the 4 char extension than the file type.

I take it I am the only one having this problem since there are no other replies. I just wanted to make sure before doing anymore troubleshooting.

Great product, btw!!!

Do these files show up in SageTV? Do they show up in other views in BMT? BMT uses the SageTV api for browsing files, so I'm not sure there is much bmt can do, if sagetv doesn't pass the file entries along.

I just now came across this. For some reason I never got an email that anyone replied so I never got back. My fault for not checking.

Yes, SageTV does show the folders and files. BMT does see the folder when I browse what is now the Sage Video Imports by Folder (previously Sage Video Imports (Combined) I guess because that is where it would show up previously). The folders do not show up in Sage Video Imports (slow) (previously Sage Video Imports I guess because that is where they did not show up previously).

Sorry for missing the reply.
