IR Blaster Timing

1) When changing the 600/1000 IR timing settings in advanced setup, they don't persist after restarting SageTV. BTW, 100/300 seems to work great (faster) on my Motorola DCT2244 with IR-200L.

2) When watching "live" TV with an IR blaster, Sage waits until all input is recieved before sending commands to the cable box. This is very annoying. Do you suppose Sage could send the IR commands as soon as they are received by the UI? I know that almost all satellite and digital cable boxes have an "exit" or "cancel" button, so if input from the UI times out, Sage could send the "cancel" command and no problem!

I noted that when using antenna/cable input, not needing blaster, changing "live" channels takes about 1 second (and blanks the sreen which is nice) and that delay is acceptable and not too annoying. I would just like this feature for the IR-blasted sets.
