New (Re) Install Sage 7 on WHS: Key not working

I bought the Sage7 beta upgrade over the summer and everything worked fine on my WHS system. Because WHS has been acting goofy lately, I reinstalled the server onto a new HD and reinstalled Sage 7. Instead of installing my last working version of the beta (0.14) I installed the most recent 0.23 (I think) version which is the final Sage WHS version. However, it will not accept my Key I purchased a few months ago. I uninstalled it 0.23 and installed V 7.0.14 beta and it will not accept that either. I rebooted after each uninstall. Since neither worked, I put back 0.23 onto the system. I emailed customer support but have not heard back yet.

I lost my original Sage folder through the upgrade (long story) so I only have my wiz.bin and sage.properties files.

Any reason why the key will not work? Or how to get it to work?

If you bought an upgrade key, then you have to enter your v6 full version key first then your v7 upgrade key.

what happened to me was that Sage had my name down wrong in their database - I kept typing my name, but the key wouldn't take. When I figured out they had messed up my name, I entered it incorrectly, added the key, and 7 came to life.
