Feature request - Dynamic Tuner Merit...

Occasionally one of my tuners will go flaky and start throwing "Halt Detected in Recording" errors. Wouldn't it be GREAT if Sage would shift the merit down on that tuner so every other show would not be lost until I get around to checking in on the system?
Of course this could be optional.

It would be nice to be able to disable a tuner with out having to remove it.

Not sure what this has to do with tuner merit. If a tuner's not working, it shouldn't be used, regardless of merit. So it seems like what you want is better detection and automatic disabling of non-working tuners. Not some way of nudging merit up or down depending on how many errors it throws.

I would hope that SageTV already does this?

I expect that the problem lies in different tuners having different line-ups, such that channels are only available on 1 tuner.
