Is there a delay between shows going from Sage and being deleted

I've fairly quickly hit the 40gig limit i'd imposed on my videos directory... in less than a days partial recording.. pretty shocking... fair enough though whilst it understands what i want recording.. I may have to consider bringing my encoding rate down a little bit... I'll ask this elsewhere tho...

I had a large 4 hour recording visible earlier.. its now gone from the guide but the file is still in my folder... not too important, it was NOT a favourite... i assume it will get deleted at some point... just seems strange that its out of sync...

If the file used to show up in your EPG, but now it doesn't, and the file's still there, then something's weird. Please send your sagetv_0.txt log file to support@freytechnologies.com if you're using a beta version.

Is this what you expect, Jeff? I can't say that I've checked recently, but in the past it was quite common for previously watched "live TV" shows to be left in the video directory until space was needed. And since a watched "live TV" show appears in the EPG while it's actually being viewed, doesn't this conflict with what you said?

I'll recheck when I get a chance to see if I see what jimbobuk does... For me, anyway, I have Intelligent Recording turned off these days as I only want the programs I intend to record explicitly in my Recorded Programs list...

By 'show up in the EPG', I meant show up in the 'Sage Recordings' list, not just in the EPG grid.
