Loss of sound when using fast user switching

I am using Beta 1.3.3 right now, but I did go back to check that this ocurs in 1.3.2 as well. I have a Win XP pro machine with a PVR250 card installed.

When I first bought SageTV it was 1.2.8, and Fast user switching caused no problems with audio. I installed SageTV for use with only my user account and to load to the sytem tray on statup. If I or my wife uses winkey+"L" to log on to another account still leaving the main account logged on, we now get an error message from SageTV trying to start in this new account. It is a box titled "Capture card error" with the text "Unable to detect MPEG-II video capture card", you can either close it or hit "ok". Either way SageTV continues to try to start in this new account as well. It usually ends up in the system try with an exclamation mark, rather than the usual SageTV icon. This did not happen with 1.2.8 and as I said I told the Sage installation to install SageTV only for the main account. When we log off the second account and come back to the main account Sage has video but no audio from the time the fast user switching was used. Strangely the video seems completely intact, I now have 2 hrs of Xmen with no audio .

PS:SageTV is always in sleep state when ever a switch oocurs.

Please help, this is very frustrating since I love the new UI. But our computer is on 24/7 and has to serve both of us. I know I this can be fixed or I must be doing something wrong with the new version. I am sure of this since WinTVCap has no problem with fast user switching, and SageTV in sleep should act like WinTVCap.

Ok I found out that if I tell SageTv not to load at startup. And then manually start SageTv in our main account I can then logon other users without Sage tring to startup another instance for their accounts as well. When I return to my main account my sound is fine. This is not as convenient as it was with 1.2.8 set to "load at startup to taskbar". But since 1.3.3 seems to ignore the "install only for this user" at setup, it is all I can come up with.

So question: Is there a commandline switch I can add to SageTV to cause it to startup and go to the system tray. If there is I can put a SageTV shortcut in the "Startup" folder for my main account and every thing is back to normal.

PS:My main account is auto logon at system startup and is never logged off.

Please Help.

In the next build you'll be able to use the -startup command line parameter so it goes right to the system tray.
