HD300 dts-ma clarifications

This is my setup.
Hd200 hdmi to TV
HD200 optical to AVR
AVR direct output line level to ADAM powered monitor speakers.

I am getting my hd300 tomorrow.
I would love to ditch the AVR and have the powered speakers connected directly to the TV direct out or analog out of the HD300.

In both scenarios would I have trouble with BluRay rips and DTS_MA or DOLBY TrueHD?

Thanks

SO I should use HDMI to TV and RCA out from the direct out of the tv?
The analog output on HD300 will not work in the same way?

STP-HD300:
Composite is always active at SD resolution, even when HDMI or Component outputs are configured for HD output.

Either Component or HDMI can be active for HD output, but not both at the same time.

Analog audio output is always active.

If I'm not mistaken, the HDMI cable should carry the 2 channel stereo output to your tv. You shouldn't need to have both HDMI and composite/RCA audio...

The hd200 already downmixes truehd but the hd300 adds dts and dts-ma or dts-hd downmixed to 2 channel.

Oh SWEET! Wish I'd know, I could have stripped out some of the lower quality tracks from my rips. 2 of my tvs are just 2 channel. Thanks!

After a few weeks of using the tv analog output to my powered monitor speakers I can not get rid of buzz.
When I connect to my YAMAHA reciecer the buzz is gone.
Thanks god for the transformers.
I am still trying to not have a receiver.
I will keep investigating.

Now here is the question:
The downmix to stereo eliminates the surround channels or fits them in the L and R channels?
It feels like I am loosing the center of the stereo image and was wondering if the downmix includes the rear channels.
