HD200/300

I noticed that you advertise that you can "view online content", I have a HD200, and the only thing I could view was some previously selected videos that came preloaded on the HD200, can someone describe the steps to viewing online content? I want to watch the videos from Revision3 website.

Thanks

Well there aren't actually any pre-loaded videos on the HD200. It just streams stuff off the internet, so content is always changing.

There is an Online Services menu that has buttons arranged in a grid. There will be buttons for YouTube, Google Videos, and several different categories of pod-casts. Inside the YouTube and Google Videos there are several subcategories of podcasts, plus a search feature that allows you to search those sites for additional videos.

Among the other categories of podcasts is one for Science and Technology. This category includes many Revision 3 podcasts, including Tekzilla, Geekbeat.TV, Hak5, and AppJudgement.

If using the HD200 as a SageTV extender, you can customize the podcast options by editing a text file on your PC. Also, every couple months or so, Sage pushes out updates to add new podcasts, or remove dead ones.

In Mediaplayer mode (stand alone), I'm not sure if there is a way to customize the podcast list. But, you should still get updated podcast lists as long as you are up-to-date on the latest firmware in the HD200.
