Failure Setting DVD Location
I just installed RC3 and now I get location error when trying to view imported (ripped) DVDs.
Please help! |

I've got the same issue, so it is not just you. Also I have issues when I tell sage to use the default renderer, it gives errors and does not let me watch anything.

Does "Failure to set Location for DVD" have anything to do with region codes?
I can view my ripped DVDs with WinDVD, but nit with Sage RC3. WAF going way down. I tried reinstalling from scratch, and still no joy! |

Well it worked perfectly before, so I would imagine something has changed.

I get the same error. Funny thing is that I installed RC3 in hopes of fixing a problem I had earlier with importing ripped DVDs
Everything else seems to work well. |

Did you submit a bug, I forgot to submit one, but if you already got it then I won't bother with another one

Okay, I submitted a bug report.
After all the views, is there just the handfull of us who are having this problem?? I really need help, but can't seem to get any. Please!!! |

This might be related to the fact that RC3 is not recognizing a DVD in the drive. See this thread:
