Quick stream changing for Network Encoders?
I'm curious it any work has been done looking into the possibility of extending the v7 quick stream change feature to network encoders (like my lovely R-5000's). I'm guessing the only way to accomplish it would be to have the encoder write to a 'dummy' file, and then have the server read form it and pass it to the actual recording file. This way, the network encoder would just be told to record, say, channel 123, to file Buffer_123.mpg, or whatever, and sage would split the individual shows from there.
