Any Australian users out there ??
I have just purchased a PVR 350 & sage 1.41
I have been looking at sage version 2.0 but cannot get either the free to air stations happeing or the XMLTV import. Perhaps it is just me, but it seems really difficult to set up ... anyone out there able to provide some advice ?? Chuck |

Chucky,
Installed it a couple of days ago and works ok...... I had some initial issues with overlay settings but once that was sorted it was kewl. I still have an issue with starting sagetv after a reboot though, the video is BW & the sound is all scratchy and reverberated, if I shutdown sage, start snapstream, exit snapstream, start sage its all ok.

Did you set the country code to 61 in the sage.properties file mmc/country_code=61 Once you set up your capture card and inputs all the channels will appear. You can then select the channels you can view Ian Norman - ILN Multimedia - www.iln.com.au

Anyone using this to schedule and record Foxtel?
Can you give me an insight to how SAGE does this? Thanks |

A few of us are around this forum.. I tried this time last year to get a PVR solution to work in Aussie but I am glad things have moved on since then as I had to give up on getting a XML feed at that time..
I see ATI have moved into the HDTV market but once again they lack MPG support for SageTV to work :-( and not even sure if we will ever see a HDTV card come "downunder" |
