How to uninstall Mac version?

Downloaded the trail Media server for OSX .

It worked for one session. I was really impressed until I left the media centre on and went to work. When I came back the program had hung and I couldn't shut it down. So I rebooted the Mac. Now I can't even launch Sage. It just continues to hang. I tried reloading the .dmg. But I still have this problem

I can't even find any uninstall option. I've tried to delete all I can find, but when I go to empty the recyclce bin I can't. Various Sage programs like sage.jar etc are "still in use". I need a clean start. What the heck do I do?

Wow what a total disappointment. The whole concept promised so much....

Don't you just take the application folder you see in the Finder and drag it to the trash?

Did that. It Still left something running. What sort of software doesn't have a decent uninstall feature.

I mean how am I supposed to buy and get into this product when I can't even get the program to run (as advertised) at all after less than 12 hours! I'm Not happy...Are they serious about mac support or what?
