file splits log no HALT errors

Is anyone good at reading these logs? The last 3 betas I've had problems with files being split into literally dozens of small files 60kb in size or smaller. It happens on other shows as well but in particular it happens on The Sopranos. Last nights episode was split into 104 files. I've attached the logfile from 9-10pm last night when this occured. It happens each time The Sopranos comes on. My setup is:

Nforce2 board
XP2500+
1GB Ram
500GB storage
2 PVR-250s (one analog, one digital)
ATI 9600 Pro

I'm not seeing any seeker HALT errors and from what I can see I have no IRQ conflicts...
