Command line properties.properties?
When doing a recursive scan on the command line BMT4 seems to scan the properties files it creates, and tries to create properties files for them when you run the command line a second time. Is there a way to ignore the properties files so BMT doesn't try to scan them?

I'll add that as bug... it should not be doing that. Which version of bmt are you running? thx.
