Adjust audio by +20ms during record?

I have PVR-250 and PVR-usb2: my neighbor always swore he saw lip-sync problems with my files. I never noticed it, until I watched on my LCD with Reclock. Using VideoEdit to remux the audio with a +20ms sync, it looks better.

Is there anyway to specify this +20ms sync during record?

you can adjust the audio delay in the setup, under audio rendering and decoding

Thanks, but isn't that just for playback on the PC within Sage? I watch the files Sage records on my TV with the Hauppauge MVP. I need to be able to adjust it during record, probably with some driver setting.
