Java Heap Monitor Install Glitch
I just did the update for Java Heap Monitor.
There was a minor glitch in the installation. It said that it had to restart the interface for it to take effect and I told it to do so, but after that it was gone from my Sage system -- it's bar graph was not in the header and it's configuration line was not on the detailed customizations page. I had to manually restart Sage to get it to show up. It's now working fine.

I've never seen that one before..... Did you happen to save the log file? If so zip it and attach it to a post so I can take a look.
