USB-UIRT and a DCT2000

Just got my brand spanking new usb-uirt yesterday. I installed 2.016/RC1, grabbed the newest drives form the support link off of usbuirt.com and then set up sage. I’m using the built in usb-uirt support, I’ve selected a DCT2000 (my digital cable box) however it’s not tuning stations for me. Now admittedly, I’ve only taken a short glance at usb-uirt set up in these forums, so if this has been thoroughly discussed please direct me to the appropriate thread. I would like to first test that the device is working, and then move on to getting it working in sage. Any help you guys could provide would be much appreciated.

The devices that are listed are devices that only work with the Actisys IR transmitter and not the USB-UIRT. If you take the option to create a new device and learn the buttons from your DCT-2000 remote your should be all set.
