No Audio during playback of MKV on HD-100

I can play the same BluRay H.264 MKV file through SageTV (v6.6) on my server PC, and it plays back fine.

Is this a known problem with the HD-100?

What audio codec are they using on it? If it's DTS, it won't playback audio on the HD100, you'd need to convert it over to ac3 (someone has written a tool for doing that, you can find it in the customization forums here).

heffe2001 - Thanks for the excellent suggestion! Unfortunately, it didn't work.

I ran SageAudioConvert, and it confirmed your suspicion that the audio on my MKV file was in DTS, and no AC3 track existed.

After running SageAudioConvert, the MKV file contained both a DTS and AC3 track. However, the HD-100 still did not play any audio for the file.

Any more ideas?
