Sage Crashing with Mpegdemux.ax error with QAM Recordings

I have used SageTV with analog tuners for years and years without problems; however, I recently installed several HDHomeRun QAM tuners and have been recording the QAM stations from my cable provider. The picture is awesome and playback smooth, however, about every 3 or 4 shows, sage crashes and leaves the following message in the XP event log. Any and all help would be appreciated. The wife is getting somewhat ticked off...

The event log indicates you are still on SageTV v6.0.13.1. Upgrade to the latest version of SageTV... Lots of HD playback stuff was enhanced/fixed since v6.0.13.1.

Yes, that is interesting what it puts in the log, but I am actually running v6.6.2.218
