Question HD-PVR, Windows 7 32 Bit, H.264 Support

So I'm rebuilding my system with Windows 7 32 bit and want to do it without loading it down with a zillion codecs. I would like to use the W7 codecs as my 1st option but am having some difficulty.

I heard there's a W7 H.264 decoder but it doesn't show up as an option in Sage. How do I configure this?
