Irritating "back" button behavior...
Hi, everyone. I've been using Sage2 for a few months now and I really love it; it really has changed the way I watch TV. There is one issue that has been pretty annoying lately, however, and that is the behavior of the "back" button. In the earlier versions of Sage2, if I was watching a recorded program and hit "back", Sage would return to the Sage Recordings menu. I really liked this as I would usually like to return there after watching a show to delete it. However, in the newer versions of Sage, hitting the back button while watching a program does nothing; it does not go "back". This is quite annoying as I am forced to go all the way from the main menu back to the show selection after each show to delete it. I tried a work-around by programming one of my remote control buttons to go directly to sage recordings, but the crazy thing is that this button does not work while watching a program either! It works just fine if I'm not watching anything, but otherwise does absolutely nothing. So, anyone else share my frustration or have suggestions how to get around this? Thanks!

In the previous versions you had to map a key to the back command. In this version, RC1, it is already mapped to alt-left arrow. See if that helps you.

Your remote's 'back' button may be configured for ctrl+x, which is the default key for the "TV" command, which used to toggle between video plyback & the previous menu. Now, it only enters video playback & no longer toggles. (Wish it still toggled.)
Use the "Back" command instead... which I now see has been suggested already while I typed this.  But, it won't return to the video screen.. you could use the "Forward" command for that.- Andy

Wow, thanks guys! I checked and my remote's "back" button was indeed linked to the "TV" command. After linking some buttons the Sage's "back" and "forward" commands, it all works like a charm. Thanks again.
P.S. Now if only I could eliminate that pesky end-of-file bug on my 350...
