Newbie questions
Sorry for the newbie questions, but I've been doing some searching in the forums and have been unable to find answers to these.
Running the latest beta with 3 Happauge PVR-250s and the included remote. 1 - When I'm viewing upcoming recordings, it shows recordings by time slot. If I hit the ESC key on the keyboard, it shows me the upcoming recordings themselves (so I don't have to scroll through time slots to see them). How can I get to this screen via the remote? 2 - Is there a way to run SageTV in the taskbar? Say I want to work in Windows, but still allow SageTV to record my programs. 3 - Is there a way to disable the Windows screensaver only when running SageTV? It's very annoying to have it pop up while watching TV. I found some old posts with some changes to the properties file, but I believe they were for the old version of SageTV. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks! Mike |

OK... Found my answer to #2 - I had to disable the 'Sleep Screensaver' and now it shrinks to the system tray...

Found an answer for #3! But for the life of me I'm not sure about #1...
Anyone? |

The command causing that change of appearance is the Options command, or Ctrl+o. The yellow button on the remote is set for Ctrl+o by default. Once you set the configuration for that screen, it will remain that way when you return the next time. - Andy Edit: unless you mean: "How do I get to the schedule screen directly via the remote" ... there is a new command for that, but you have to link a keystroke for it. (And then assign it to a button in irremote.ini, if you are using the Hauppauge remote.) Last edited by Opus4; 04-14-2004 at 11:48 PM. |
