Keyboard?

I read one of the posts that indicated the extender can accommodate a USB keyboard. Does this require some setup? I tried plugging my keyboard in via the USB port, and nothing seemed to happen. That is, I tried to use it to type in some search terms to look for programs in the guide, but there wasn't a response. Entering search term with the remote is, well... tedious. I can, of course, just go in the other room to the computer... but I'm too lazy for that.

What firmware version are you using? What version of SageTV on the server?

If SageTV & the firmware are up to date, you should just be able to plug in the keyboard. Perhaps try unplugging the HD200, connect the keyboard, then restart the HD200.

They're both the latest. I've been preoccupied with a system freeze/lock problem, so haven't tried it more than once. I'll do as you suggest, now that it looks like I've got stability. (I don't know what I did to get stability, though. The problem just seems to have gone away for no reason.)
