SageTVClient 2.0.15 Stutters

I have 2.0.15 client on a machine that also has SageRecorder running as a network encoder. On the SageTV server, the tuners are all set to always encode.

Ever since I installed 2.0.15, my client stutters every 10-15 sec. Anyone else see this?

I have tried many differnt decoders.

My client machine is an Athlon XP 3200+, Win xp Pro, 1 GB RAM.

Thanks!

Have you checked to see what is happening on the server at the same time? Is its cpu maxed out? My client constantly stutters if I have ZoneAlarm running on the server. (Didn't used to do that until beta 13 or so.)

yeah I even turned off presentation interval and still no matter what I do or render I use I get a stutter usually a few times every show I watch
I am running NIS but about to get a router so maybe this will help
I will try disabling it and watching something though

I don't have ZoneAlarm on the server, but I do on the client. When I turn it off it works fine! Thanks for the tip! Any ideas on how to use ZoneAlarm with Sage so their is no stutter?

That's what I've been wondering since beta 13. I reported it as a bug, but haven't gotten any response, or even a request for more info. It used to work & SageTV was the only thing I changed.

Strange thing is, I can use ZA on my client w/o problems & you can't.

Anyone with ZA config tips??
