Default Listener Action

I put a listener widget for when the user hits the down key. What I want is on certain conditions, I want something particular to happen when the user hits down...other wise I want the default thing to happen. My question is how do I get the default thing to happen because I am not sure what to put in the "else" case of my If widget.

I believe it is a "PassiveListen()" to get it to pass through and do the default action..
