Padding question

(1st post by me, Yay!) I've been playing around with the padding of my favorites in .15, but after reading this post, I think I may have been doing it wrong... After reading the menu, I assumed that if I did a start padding of +1 minute, that would start recording one minute early, and if I did a padding of -1 minute, it would start it one minute later. On the other hand, I also assumed that if I set a +1 end padding, it would extend the recording for one minute. Is my thinking correct?

Thanks in advance!

Yes. See: Padding in 2.x..... The +/- values work differently, depending on whether the padding is at the start or the end of the show, but it is consistent in the sense that a + value sets it to extend the recording, while a - value shrinks the recording.
