Sage Movie Wal/Fanart crash

I am having problems with SMW crashing and taking Sage with it when it accesses certain fanart cache files. In list view, the backgrounds and posters usually show up,but sometimes the whole system goes down (with particular movies).

If I check the log, I can see that the last file accessed was a cache file:

Tue 11/10 11:53:47.909 [FinalRender-001d6a4cf3b4@1d07324] Loading 960x540 image from file cache\imagefactory\SMWBackgrounds\3b383aba088d077f2bddefd5c1b9c275.png

The Java log (at least I think it is the Java log) has details on the crash (attached) and seems to involve the image functions of Java (but I am not a Java developer).

One thing have noticed (it could be a coincidence) but it seems to happen more with grayscale images. I have gone in and saved some jpgs which were grayscale as rgb jpgs but it looks like I am still getting the problem.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

How did you install the Wall? Did you load it in a new STV or on top of what was already there?

I'm not sure. I just unzipped into the SageTV directory, then loaded the STV using the Sagemc interface.

I think you're supposed to load the SageMC stv first, then do the wall. And not install over SageMC.1, SageMC.2 or whatever those are labeled as. You'd be better off asking in the big Wall thread.

Also you don't want to Load STV for SageMovieWall, you want to Import STVi.
