The API for it is here: SageXMLWriter API
But I'm pretty sure you must have one xml per recording. For multiple recordings/airings/favorites, there will be multiple child elements of the channelList, favoriteList and showList elements

Probably another way is to find out how to import all the files at once.

I'll be honest-I only used it for onesy-twosy recordings I lost info for a long time ago.

And a little off-topic for this thread.
