Odd 3d acceleration behavior

3D acceleration works fine on my primary monitor, but slows down to a crawl on my secondary monitor. I haven't submitted this as a bug yet, because I don't think it's a Sage issue - I have the same problem with other 3D accelerated windows on that monitor. It's a Radeon card, outputting to a TV through S-Video. Anyone else noticed this? Anyone found a solution?
