To change security settings:

From the Home screen choose Settings > Safari, then do one of the following:

To enable or disable Anti-phishing, turn Fraud Warning on or off.

Just did this myself and it works great! Thanks for making me take the time to figure it out

So for some reason I cannot get the website to come up.

I try http://mediaserver:8080/sage/home and I enter in sage:frey and I get:
HTTP ERROR 404

Problem accessing /sage/home. Reason:

NOT_FOUND

I checked the realm.properties file and that's the password and username.

Any thoughts?

This needs to be in some kind of FAQ somewhere. The path is case sensitive:

SSL Instructions Gone

It seems the instructions to setup SSL for jetty are no longer available at http://tools.assembla.com/sageplugins/wiki/JettySSL. I guess I should have saved this long ago when it was available still up...

Could someone suggest a new tutorial geared at SageTV? The general Jetty ssl configuration on google a bit more difficult to follow than when I remembered..

It would be awesome if the Sage jetty web plugin just had a "On/Off" flag to take care of everything

Has anybody tried the Wayback Machine?

Since the 2.41 update I seem to be having issues with channel logos and imported video freeze frames loaded. All I get is a bunch of broken image links.

Yup, I can reproduce it; I broke it. I'll fix it as soon as I can.

Same here. Following the link to a channel logo I get this:

Slugger,

Since I upgraded the plugin to 2.41 (and is still the case in 2.42) , my fan art is now not displayed, there are no longer config options for Phoenix fan art under detailed setup/customize, and I have hundreds of system messages about missing image files and missing plugin jar files. Also now the Sage Popup plugin is showing as failed.
I assume that's all related to your above post?

Tnx!
-Steve

Hmm... this isn't me. Those options you're talking about are from the bmt web ui, right? Not the stock webui plugin (which is the one I deal with). My changes shouldn't have affected any other plugins (well 2.41 may have affected other plugins, but 2.42 fixed that). For all intents and purposes, 2.42 = 2.40 = 2.39 = 2.38, etc. I haven't modified any of the legacy functionality in the webui since taking it over and I don't plan on touching the legacy code, ever.

System messages about missing jars and other files... definitely not me. I can't affect the files not directly included in the zips I deliver. This sounds like a bad upgrade happened with the Sage core plugin manager. You might have to uninstall/reinstall plugins and/or restore from a system backup. I definitely do not see any of these types of problems on my system. If it was a problem caused by me, I'd have heard from many others by now (over 200 upgrades performed at last check of SF download site).

Again, looks like something went wrong with the core plugin manager in Sage.

Again, looks like something went wrong with the core plugin manager in Sage.

I went through the system messages (all 1200 of them that happened after I installed the 2.41 update) to find out which jars it said were missing. Most of the messages were about .png files for logos, pngs under "Studio Icons" etc missing. Installed 2.42 to see if it cleared up the jar problem but it didn't. The missing jars were mina-core-1.17 and common-langs-2.4. They were physically gone from the server jar directory. On my clients where there was no update performed, because, obviously, the web server doesn't get installed in the client, all the plugins were fine since no update was done.

I was lucky I had a copy of the Sage directory backed up on the server. Copied the missing jars back over, restarted sage, and poof! Everything is working. Thank goodness...

I can confirm that all my channel logos disappeared in the webserver guide. Is there an easy way to get this working again?

EDIT: Nevermind, I see in a previous post Slugger confirmed the issue; and, he will fix it.

Jesus on a cracker.

Recently moved Sage from XP to new Win 7 box. I was going insane with this.
