Scrolling black bars
While watching tv through sage, I get these faint scrolling black horizonal bars. I have tryed everything I can think of to get rid of these things to no avail. I adjusted the picture values (ie-contrast, brightness, etc.). I tryed pluging the cable line directly into the card without the splitter in between. If I just watch a video through sage, I don't have any problems. Just when I watch TV. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? Is there a filter for the cable line that might help with this?
