I had to update my HDHR channel lineup because of the Comcast digital channel moves that occurred when I was a away. I upgraded to the latest SiliconDust software/firmware recently too because I haven't done this in a while.
Yesterday I was because I was always getting "No Signal" in the tuner setup in Sage. Two things fixed it: getting the latest standard STV update (under Detailed Setup/Advanced) and, this is the wacky one, on one of the tuners, I have to set the Cable/Antenna input under Sage to "Antenna" not "Cable". Why? I have no clue, my guess is the beta SD software I'm running has something to do with it and the configuration on their end is in error.

A more likely cause is bad scn/frq files for that tuner. When using cable, HDHomeRun Setup generates scn files which SageTV uses to bring in all the channel names and numbers so you don't have to map the channels manually. If the file is bad or outdated, SageTV won't scan properly. Solution is to remove the tuner in SageTV, delete the associated scn/frq files, open HDHomeRun Setup and click Apply, then readd the tuner and scan in SageTV.
