Resolution drops

When switching channels on my TV from any input to Sage Client the display does not fill the screen, black area on right and bottom, i have to press fullscreen on my remote twice (window then fullscreen) to sort it out.

Any ideas as this is causing the WAF to drop.

Thanks

Gonna have to give some more information than that. How are you connecting from your pc to the tv? What resolution are you running in, what video card?

Does this with my ION setup too. No idea how to fix it other than buy one of those little devices that makes the computer think the TV is connected to it with that input active all the time. Gefen makes one for DVI. Don't know about HDMI with audio active.

Yeah, it does sound like it's just a matter of the PC not knowing there's a monitor there. Some displays, when the input is inactive, still communicate with th source, sme do not. It seems yours does not. That said, if you get things working correctly with sage, you sill never need to be on another source.. ;-)
