Invalid Conflict warning with multiple tuners

I have two tuners available. Tonight I noticed that I had a open block available so I selected another show as a favorite. When SageTV tried to schedule it, I got a warning instead of it putting it where it belonged on the first tuner, or moving programs scheduled before it.

The problem is that the 2 shows that start at 8 are of different length. Sage 1 tuner has a 30 minute program, Sage 2 tuner has a 31 minute program. Currently the next program on Sage 1 tuner starts at 31 mins. past the hour and last for 29 mins. I expected this program to be pushed to tuner 2 to make room for the new 30 minute program to be recorded. Apparently, SageTV is not smart enought to do this because I get a conflict warning instead.

My workaround for this problem is to manually record the new program which goes to Sage 1 Tuner, pushing the 29 min program onto tuner2 where it belonged. Sage TV should have done this before giving the program conflict.

Just for kicks, I decided to respond to the conflict and told SageTV to record the new selection over the current one. This also resulted in the correct scheduling. Even thought the conflict message indicated I would not get a recording, I will get it.

I hope this issue will be be fixed in release 2. I am currently using 1.4.10.

Weird stuff I know the latest 2.15 beta fixed some recoding conflicts, but these were "don't show up at all" type conflicts. Prolly better off trying the beta than reporting bugs in 1.4?
