sagerecorder still required for recording from client's tuners?
I am thinking about putting pvr-350's in my clients for hardware decoding, but of course I want to be able to use the tuners themselves if I do.
I see some old threads that say I can do this by putting sagerecorder on the client machines. However I am wondering if the new 2.x beta incorporates this functionality or if I need to buy sagerecorder for each client. The software is really not all that expensive, but if I end up with several clients it will add up. |

Hmm.. you know, I would think that if they would add that functionality to the client, it would round out the client as a very powerful tool indeed.

And if you look on the Sage Beta download page you will see a download for Sage Recorder. So yes-this is still required to take advantage of any tuners in your client.
