USB-UIRT lock-ups after update

My system has been running flawlessly for over a year now with regular software updates. MY PC would often stay up and running without a reboot for months at a time. Recently I upgraded to the latest version of Sage. I did everything the same as when I have upgraded in the past but now I am having problems. My USB-UIRT has locked up twice now in the last week. I have to restart my computer to get it working again. It just simply does not do anything when I change channels and the tuner remains on the last tuned channel. Has anyone had this problem with the latest version of sage?

I have my USB-UIRT on my Windows Home Server and no issues with it thru the betas and running 6.6.2. Did you try installing the USB-UIRT in a diiferent USB port on your PC? Maybe the port is going bad.
