Here's a little exclusive for you guys.

Since most of you guys are HTPC builders, I figured you might wanna check out the exclusive we have on the new SilverStone LC03-VFD. Just imagine getting this thing all setup with Girder to display channel info and such from Sage2... I know it's the next thing on my agenda with it, and will be working on a guide for it I am sure..

Anyways.. Too good of a case to not pimp a little at my long time supporter's website. (frey tech).

I currently have an optrex display on order to go into my overture box.

However reading your comments about this new case brings up a good point. How do you go about showing channel info, show info, and whats currently recording?

This has always been my dream for the LCD/VFD. Line 1 would be tuner 1 info and line 2 tuner 2. If the tuner was recording it would show the name of the show being recorded with channel number. During live TV I would get the same result.

If I were playing music from Sage it would give file name and stats.

Any ideas on how to start?

Let us know how that goes, I need to get a VFD for my D.Vine 4, and I want it to display Now-Playing/etc. Hey Brad, do you know if a Matrix Orbital will fit/work well in a D.Vine 4? I know it's a little bigger than stock (20x2 vs 16x2).
